This song manifested itself while I was composing Caminante, I decided to call it

“Simply Let It Be” and so recorded it, then something was saying to me “No Way! José” so-oo? Now there are two songs featuring the same tune.

I was learning this Spanish poem, which appeared in a local paper, and was finding it difficult to remember and thought it might be easier to learn if it was put to music, so I got the guitar out and started singing it to some chords.
